Beach Training

Due to there being no game tomorrow, we will be making use of the beautiful weather for a training session on the beach. This should make for good fitness training and I'm sure it will add some extra fun to some of the planned training drills. We will be meeting at 12:50pm at the recreation ground car park, next to St Helens cricket ground.
