AUSSIE Rules is coming to Swansea this summer.
The Swansea Magpies will join the Welsh Australian Rules Football League, where they will face teams from Cardiff, Chippenham and Bristol.
They will be coached by Geraint Havard, one of only 27 level one qualified AFL coaches in Europe.
The Magpies have recruited some players including Great Britain international Tim Atkins and Welsh internationals Barry Cawte, Evan Phillips, Jamie Evans and Robert Baker. But the club are still seeking new players so they can field a team for the upcoming season.
Havard said: "We urge anyone who is interested to come along and try the sport.
"It doesn't matter if you have never played the sport before or whatever your age or ability, we would love for you to join us.
"We will get you up to speed with the rules in next to no time and I'm sure after the first training session you will be hooked on this great sport."
The Magpies kick off their season by hosting the Cymru Cup at Tonna RFC on May 10. Training takes place at 9pm on Mondays in Swansea Tennis Centre and 6.30pm on Thursdays at Tonna RFC.http://www.southwales-eveningpost.co.uk/Magpies-set-soar-summer/story-21033513-detail/story.html
