Training sunday

Training is on the recreation ground this sunday. The patch of grass between the university car park and swansea rugby ground (st helens). It will be 2pm as usual. Please can all the senior players make the effort to turn up to training. Our season starts in a fortnight so we need to get into shape quick, plus it helps bring the new boys up to speed if they can see things getting done properly in training. Also, it looks better to any new boys joining if we have good numbers to training. The more we have at training the more things I can do, the more we can improve and the more you will get out of training.

Training starts tonight!

Don't forget training starts tonight at 6pm on Sketty Lane playing fields. There's 3 weeks left until the pre-season tournament so let's make sure we turn up in good numbers to make sure we are ready to start the season with a bang.
